Unit 1 - Relaxing Seaviews

The apartment was self contained so provisioning for breakfast was easy at a nearby Woolworths Super Market. Breakfast venues were not required however there are plenty in close proximity. A short walk to the TransitLink Tram enables inexpensive travel either south ending in Burleigh Heads or north and weat to Helensvale. Next time I decide to visit I'll probabaly aim to get a flight to Coolangatta Airport as its a Feeder Bus and a Tram ride to Hanlan Street Surfers and would seem to be easier to me than flying into Brisband AIrport.

The Apartment is on the 15th floor of the complex and faces toward the sea. A great view is obtained through the main sliding door and also on the balcony. The apartment needs some minor maintenance which while not affecting the overall serviceabilty of the unit, would enhance its overall presentation. Rawl plugs in bathroom tiles and broken tile edges could easily be repaired and the kitchenette bench surface needs sanded and coated with a durable polyurethane to enhance its wearability and enable easy cleaning.

Clean, cozy and close to the cbd and beach. Best gym equipment!!!

The pool and sauna weren’t open, older building but the apartment is in great condition.

Had good sea views. But NOT happy with getting access to the unit. Booking.com msg to contact Mx which I did. Mx advised to msg Jason. When I msg was told it was too early by manager & to do it day before. Later was told they managed lots of units & only do it on the day. We found the units but management told us they have no record if our booking. Told them we have paid & it was through Booking.com. They said they had nothing to do with our booking & likely it was AirBNB. They told us there is a Jason who is in Security & start @ 6pm. 6 pm came & no Jason m. We then found out he was not working on 20/5/23. We thought We had to sleep in the car that night. The manager did send a long msg of getting the unit key. Long & short of it was, it was convoluted. The manager, Gina msg me that I should get a place next time that will give personal service. My husband was not impressed with the stress that evening not knowing if we had a bed to sleep on.
