On the whole loved our stay purely for location, parking and size of house and garden.
The location was perfect and house and garden were perfect size
No hot water when we arrived, this was fixed within 24 hours but not the best if u r only away 4 days. Also lounge had very musty smell unable to open any windows

Don’t book in the winter
Location is good , plenty toilet rolls!
Property 13.5 degrees for our first 3 nights, -2 outside …. This was corrected on the Monday afternoon remotely, why on earth this took 3 days is beyond belief, still waiting response for our requested refund for our first 3 nights. Pillows very uncomfortable, duvet like having a sheet only. Carpets very dirty, lot of cracked tiles on kitchen floor.
