Step inside to discover a light, airy and high-end holiday home that has been refurbished to a very high standard. The inviting lounge has a smooth herringbone floor, ample comfortable seating, a wood burner for keeping warm, a Smart TV and bi-folding doors that open into the fabulous kitchen/diner – this really is a wonderfully sociable space. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a drinks larder, a coffee machine, a wine rack and a Quooker hot tap for hot drinks. You’ll have lovely seating options for eating and snacking, either at the breakfast bar complete with bar stools or a spacious dining area, which has a cosy reading seat. On the ground floor, there’s also a handy utility/boot room and a shower room with WC for convenience. Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms – a generous king-size, a double and a twin – plus a contemporary family bathroom with a large bath (with hand-held shower attachment) and a separate shower.
French doors from the dining area lead out to the rear, south-facing garden which is ideal for children to let off steam. There are two seating areas so you can dine alfresco. Parking is available on the driveway and on the street in front of the property.
