Great cottage for a group stay in the middle of Bamburgh
Spacious, clean, well-equipped house right in the middle of Bamburgh village. Four bedrooms and everything set up for a group stay. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Ten seconds to the butcher.

A wonderful stay in a lovely house
Welcoming. The downstairs was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for a party of 6. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough of everything for when the dishwasher was full which is unusual! The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great that we could split the large double into two singles. The location is ideal - a short walk to the castle and beach and a butcher/baker next door. The welcome pack was much appreciated and we took advantage of the hour’s free tennis - a stunning location.

Worth it for the location!
Grove cottage kitchen, dinning room and seating area is wonderfully spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's central to everything from pubs, cafes, beach, castle and The Lobster Pot restaurant (book a table in advance!) 3 miles to Seahouses is also a nice walk. Lovely cricket pitch just below the castle also close to the golf club.The welcome pack was very much appreciated too. We had confirmed that a travel cot would be available but had to contact the emergency number and Ellis sourced us one within 15 mins... great service! But its crowning glory is Location, Location Location!
Two of the bedrooms are on the smallish side. The grill pan needed cleaned and the outdoor space which is great had to be swept, cleaned and tidied up by us before we could sit out. It is a wee bit tired in bits but it had more plus appeal than minus and we had a lovely stay!
