Great accommodation perfect for our needs

Put hand soap in all bathrooms and one hairdryer would have been useful

There were 3 double bedrooms which suited our family group. Lounge area was very good as had 3 sofas. Kitchen facilities are good but not well maintained. The property is close to Bamburgh (though not walkable due to the busy main road) and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Having read some recent reviews, I would agree that it is very good as opposed to excellent. Whilst there was nothing major wrong, there was no hand wash or toilet roll holder/stand in the en-suite bathroom. No toilet roll holder in the upstairs bathroom and only the tiniest bit of hand wash. No towel rail or toilet roll holder/stand in the downstairs toilet. There were cobwebs in the lounge and en-suite room. Our guests commented on the number of moths in the other bedrooms. The bedroom lighting was very poor even in June. The washing machine was not in good condition and clothes came out marked and with an unpleasant smell, despite using fabric softener.

Great location, 5 mins from Bamburgh and a 2 min walk down to Budle beach. Lovely little garden with dining table/chairs and a bbq. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and good size rooms.

Could be a bit cleaner in terms of cobwebs and dust, beds and bathrooms were fine but overall just needs a very long handle duster and a good deep clean. This did not spoil the stay in anyway though.

Very spacious super clean. Ideal spot to explore the coastline around Bamburgh. The property had everything you could possibly need very cosy and warm. Stayed with 6 and there was more room to spare.

Very tricky to find in the dark with sat nav instructions so follow the the guide given by email. I didn't and I wish I had!
