Die gute Lage und die Ausstattung sowie die Deko erzeugen eine angenehme Aufenthalts-Atmosphäre.
Das gelbe Licht im Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Als sehr negativ empfanden wir die Geruchsbelästigung durch ständigen und intensiven Zigarettenrauch eines starken Raucher-Nachbars auf dem Weg von der Haustür zur Wohnung im 1. OG sowie die zeitweilige Geruchsbelästigung durch Zigarettenrauch bei Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon.
