Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und äußerst günstig gelegen, vor allem wenn man. Mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan in Laufnähe.

Es ist eine schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung mit einer guten Lage. Man ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe, allerdings nichts für große Autos. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man ruhig schlafen. Man hat nichts von der viel befahrenen Straße gehört. Handtücher und frisch bezogene Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Das größte Minus war leider der Geruch in der Toilette. Es roch stark nach Bahnhofsklo. Das Waschbecken im Duschbad ist auch nicht mehr ganz fest. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kochfeldern und ohne Backofen nichts für Familien. Die kleine Küchezeile war auch nicht ganz so sauber. Das Schlaferlebniss im Wohnzimmer war nicht ganz so ruhig. Der Verkehrslärm der Straße war zu hören. Die Schlafcouch war sehr hart und die Bettlaken hatten schon Löcher.
