I really enjoyed my stay!

I loved how fast and polite the responses from the host were. Excellent property. Clean and furnished so you don’t need anything.

Getting in was a bit tricky but I found support from the hosts so it wasn’t a big issue.

Very very bad

Only the location, close to the main railway station and tram/bus stops.

We arrived in the "rat house" at about 21:30 at night and we had to wait for almost 2 hours in the cold, until the inside door to open and get into apartment. We had to call Booking in U.K. at leat 3-4 times, while the property owners did not pick up the phone, althought there was a 24hours service telephone number. Following items were missing/unavailable fro the apartment : -No carpets, winter time. -No bed sheets for the sofa, no extra towers for 6 nights - No Hot Water cuttle - No toaster - Internet (only for an hour after we called and a person came to reboot the root. And then no intenet) - Old main door and No lights in the main entrance - No iron although there was iron board _-Bad and old cooking pans - No salt, no sugar in the kitchen - No curtain in the bathroom - No garbage bags, only one when we arrived although we had boked for 6 nights. - Only 2 toilet paper rolls, although we had booked for 6 nights Last but not least, the apartment is over valued, as there RATS outside (were machine inside the house} the property and neighbors called them "our pets". We can hear them in the night and see them outside in the morning. We are speaking with our lawyers, because we should receive some money back overpaid for the services and quality provided. No way this apartment must be charged 350 euro per night! Also you as company, must be very carefull for the apartments in your platform.

Modern, Remodeled, Clean, & Spacious Apartment

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and clean! The bathroom and kitchen were both stocked and well-updated. The beds are comfy, the living room is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The coffee shop across the street (Le Quai 67) was amazing. 10 minute walk from Petite France & the Strasbourg Cathedral. Bus & Metro stop right out front as well. Overall, great experience and we would rent here again!

There was no air conditioning, which is pretty typical in France. In order to stay cool the windows needed to be opened, and there was a lot of street noise right out of our window. From the cars to trains to people, it was very loud. We used a noise maker though and fell right asleep!

L’appartement est dans un état de saleté absolument RÉPUGNANT, l’évier fuit, les meubles sont cassés, les murs suintent l’humidité, l’environnement est ultra bruyant … c’est une adresse abominable indigne d être proposée à la location

La localité

Même si le propriétaire a été sympathique et nous a permis un Check ou à 11h au lieu de 10h, je suis désolé de dire que le logement ne vaut pas le tarif demandé. Accès difficile malgré le tuto assez complexe. Les prestations sont décevantes : porte de cuisine cassée, prises ou luminaires endommagés, taches sur le canapé… et ce, sans compter 75 € de frais de ménage pour se retrouver à devoir enlever les draps ou jeter les poubelles, ce qui n’est franchement pas acceptable.

Pas grand chose si ce n est le prix et tous les hôtels étaient bouquets

J ai attendu une demi heure pour qu on me réponde au tél et encore c est la voisine du dessus qui m a ouvert Une jeune fille qui passait par là, m’a dit que la semaine précédente, deux étrangers avaient dû se rabattre vers l’hôtel parce que personne n’aurait la porte qui s’ouvre à distance . À éviter absolument si vous voulez pas vous retrouver dans la rue en pleine nuit

S il est vrai que l hébergement aurait pu être un peu mieux il n en demeure pas moins que j ai pris « ma dose » annuelle

En ce qui me concerne ce fut un choix imposé vu le manque d hôtels en cette période à Strasbourg. M y suis prise un peu tardivement. Il est situé près de la gare, point positif. Appartement ancien rénové attractif sur les photos

La vie nocturne très intense des voisins du dessus. Et comme je l ai signalé la fenêtre de droite dans la chambre qui ne ferme pas d où bruit de la rue Rénovation sommaire pas d’isolation phonique. On entend la chasse d eau des voisins, les montées et descentes des escaliers des locataires. J ai payé plus de 600 euros pour 2 nuits !

Le nombre de code qu il fallait pour entrer , l odeur nauséabonde a l entrée les cafard a l intérieur du logement et les rats a l extérieur au niveau des poubelles le dernier jour, j’ai été bloqué à l’extérieur. Le code de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas . au deuxième jour, nous avons eu un problème de chauffage. Nous avons appelé la conciergerie qui a essayé de nous aider bilan il faisait froid mais ensuite nous avons joindre personne, les deux numéros ne répondait pas. On était lundi c’est inadmissible.
