Enjoy the idyllic beauty of the French countryside with a stay at this family home located in the village of Vichel-Nanteuil, halfway between Château-Thierry and Soissons. With sweeping fields, forests and vineyards all around, you’re in for a truly relaxing time.
Arrive to find a warm and welcoming exterior, inviting you to step inside and make yourself at home. The open-plan living and dining area has plenty of room to kick back and relax – snuggle up for an evening of movies and French wine or step into the well-equipped kitchen to rustle up a delicious feast using fresh ingredients you’ll be able to pick up at the local farmers market. You can share your suppers at the dining table inside or out in the garden, where there’s also a barbecue oven to make those alfresco gatherings even more fun.
Later, head up to the comfy bedrooms for a night of restful sleep and wake up feeling reinvigorated. Outside your home, you’ll be surrounded by picturesque nature walks and you can also take a barge ride on the Ourcq river. You may also choose to take a tour of the expansive vineyards and visit the Château-Thierry and the surrounding Champagne country. For a family day out, Disneyland Paris is located under an hour away by car.
