Everything, the surroundings, the accommodation itself, the landlord was so nice and made all things possible to make our lives easier. He was super flexible.

We liked everything.

Unfortunately there was nothing to be liked about this place.

The place got a very funny smell, damp all over the walls, unfinished house with electrical wires hanging from ceiling. The host tried to make the smell going away in front of us using toilet air freshener ! The wall was soaking wet near extrical plugs ! Its cheap yes but overpriced for its condition so you can imagine how bad it is. I decided to not stay there and had to spend extra money to get another place. Owner refused to refund the booking and very rude when I walked him around his property to show him the unacceptable state it was in. I took about 26 pictures of the place and will upload if possible. Most likely will get a reply to this post claiming its a good place, if you book it you will see for yourself. If you planning to go with your kids like I did, I guarantee you, you will never let your kids or family sleep in a place like that.

we are a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and we had a good stay at the property, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the space was clean and the host was very supportive.

Up on arrival host increased price in two attempts. He did in moment when you arrived which do not allows to change place because this location located outside of the city. Finnaly we pay twice by Booking and also by a cash. Host was very nervous and push us to wash dishes faster. But according to the declared rules we was charged for cleaning services which may including washing. Anyway no clear requirements before and very brutal communication after. Also appartement is the basement, not really builded for the living. And may be value for the money, but be ready to charged twice and kidneping communication style from the owner.

Closeness to train station. 10 minutes walk

Feeling of dampness, unbearable humidity, and very dusty in the flat. The air filters gathered over 1 liter of water in a day, The door and window glass was still dripping with water. The floors were stained, crockery dirty, and chipped - we were under impression that what the owner does not need or want to use in his household was banished to the cellar apartment for the quests to use. The pots and pans were burnt too, the kettle full of scales. The property advertised parking behind the gate. Do not be fooled - the gate was make-shift and loose, one has to use the full body to open or close them, the gate ledge was very high and it was not possible to drive inside unless one owns a jeep. Parking on the walk side is available but the road is very busy with trucks passing continuously. It was loud too! The host was a bit too intrusive, he was walking in our footsteps. He even dared to demand money to pay for his train tickets when we asked if we could leave the car two hours longer outside the gate of the property! We had been driving across the whole of Europe and felt 10 AM check out was too early. We did not feel at ease at all, on the contrary, we felt being watched as if we were intruding criminals on the premises. He also demands to clean the property after the stay, which means you would need to be up at the crack of dawn cleaning; as a guest one is made to feel like an employee responsible for this man's business success. If one is planning to book a property for a Paris visit, the property is too far. Return train tickets to Paris for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years) were 62 euros. A 100 euros deposit is demanded by the owner, which, very likely, considering the host's approach to clients and business ethics, you will never see again. We would not recommend or ever return to this property. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of properties in the pats. This one surpassed every single one of them in a negative way.

It was excellent for us (a family of 6) as everyone got to sleep in a proper bed for a very reasonable price. It is excellently placed for Disneyland Paris. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, even printing out our tickets for us when we realised we needed paper copies.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille pour les fêtes de Noël. Le logement était impeccable, propre et très agréable. L’hôte est extrêmement gentil, disponible et conciliant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cyril et sa femme sont très sympas et très arrangeants. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et la literie est confortable. De plus, on peut se garer juste à côté, pour décharger c’est très pratique.

Appartement très confortable et surtout très économique. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le jardin est bien entretenu et très fleuri. Nous avons pu profiter de la table de ping-pong et de l’extérieur qui nous ai réservé. Je recommande cet endroit pour son prix, le calme et à tout ceux qui cherchent un bon plan économique pouvant accueillir pas mal de monde.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Kleinkind da. Der Garten ist super bei tollem Wetter zum Spielen und verweilen. Der Gastgeber ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen. Das Bad und das wo sind getrennt.

Het is basic, maar dat geeft hij duidelijk aan. Alle basis comfort is voorzien.

Un rapport qualité prix imbattable compte tenu de la proximité de Disneyland et de Paris, dans un environnement très calme, au coeur d'un jardin magnifique ! L'accueil a été bien organisé et particulièrement chaleureux. Le logement est spacieux et entièrement équipé, la propreté est irréprochable. Je conseille vivement et reviendrai sans hésiter !

Het appartement is in een kelder en onafgewerkt, overal dingen die half af zijn, losse leidingen en draden. Douchekop kon niet opgehangen worden dus met 1 hand vasthouden en korte tijd warm water. Na boeking kreeg ik een whatsapp bericht met diverse opties waaronder een "comfort pack" voor €40,-- waarin wifi (alsof dat in '25 nog een optie moet zijn) handoeken, schoonmaken na vertrek en diverse streaming diensten. Nou schoon was het al niet bij aankomst en de streamingsdiensten zijn er enkel als je zelf een abonnement hebt 🤷‍♂️. Afijn €40,-- onzin dus Omdat het onder het huis zit is het vochtig en staat er een rumoerige ontvochtiger te draaien die je 's nachts moet uitzetten anders kun je niet slapen, airco/kachel kan niet lager dan 16°c dus is het 's nachts warm en klam in de slaapkamer. Wij zijn zelf niet super schoon en vinden niet snel iets vies maar hier hadden we dat wel. De verbouwing riep "help mijn man is klusser" vibes op. Al met al een slecht verblijf ! Ja het is niet duur maar dan kan het nog wel comfortabel en schoon zijn.

De gastheer kwam vrijwel direct om ons te verwelkomen en hielp met de code van het sleutelkastje. Prima dus! Gastheer is overigens een bijzondere aardige man! Het dorpje heeft een uitstekende Franse bakkerij, waar je in de ochtend heerlijk vers ontbijt kunt halen.

De douchekop was niet aan de muur bevestigd, waardoor het een hele uitdaging is om je in te zepen, haar te wassen en tegelijkertijd de douchekop vast te houden. Advies aan gastheer: monteer een haak aan de muur, waar de douchekop eenvoudig aan is vast te maken. Het appartement is het beste te omschrijven als "authentiek". Verwacht geen luxe, maar de bedden zijn uitstekend en de prijs is er ook naar.

Notre hôte à été extrêmement disponible et d'une amabilité à toute épreuve. Ce fût un plaisir d'échanger avec lui. La maison est parfaitement équipée et à convenue entièrement à nos attentes. Nous ne pouvons que vivement conseiller cet hébergement au rapport qualité prix imbattable.
