Charmant studio situé dans un quartier secure. Confortable et rénové avec goût.
Pas de volets, ni de climatisation pour se protéger de la chaleur. Les rues sont animées et sonores jusque tard dans la nuit. Éloigné du centre de Paris.

A localização próximo à estação de Metro da Linha 9, o bom isolamento de som face à rua próxima, o bom funcionamento da cozinha e WC, a cama de casal e o sofá cama confortáveis, a inexistência de barulhos dos vizinhos de alojamento, a proximidade do supermercado e de padarias e a grande simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião para ajudar!!
No sentido de melhorar a experiência de alojamento a existência de um ar condicionado, em particular, junto à cama de casal seria algo muito positivo para o alojamento. Por outro lado, a existência de um seguro de depósito de 500 euros não me parece ser algo razoável e adequado.
