Checkin wasn’t available until 5pm, communication could have been clearer regarding the apartment being ready at the given time

Location was perfect right in the heart of Galway... Beds were so comfy, the whole house was spotless and clean would highly recommend 👌
Tvs in all bedrooms but only 1 remote which didn't work all TVs... it was a minor problem but if you were staying a few days it could be a pain...

The location was great! We liked the outdoor space.
The music from the bar was very loud but fine. We didn't like the karaoke singing! The biggest issue was having 8 people and only 1 bathroom, but we knew that ahead. Also, there was no "living room" space inside and no seating area for 8 people.

Great location
It was cold and we couldn’t get the heat turned on. No one responded to our emails to help. The dryer didn’t work so we washed clothes then couldn’t dry them.
