Excellent location. Good communication from staff. Beds were very comfy & the place was very clean.

The location is ideal. The host left 6 bottles of beer which was a nice treat for us on arrival. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean.
The link which takes you to Google maps actually took us to the wrong place, it took us over to beside the shopping centre rather than the other side of Eyre Square. It took us a while to figure out where it was.

Location was excellent, very close to all amenities we needed. Contact with the property staff was good before the stay and the property was very comfortable.
The shower stopped working during our stay and when I brought this to the attention of the property staff by phone call, I didn’t hear back.
The heating in the property was also an issue, it mentions online that the heating was due to come on during the night however, it was very cold during the day and we were unable to change the heating settings.
We are also yet to hear back about an item left behind but this will hopefully be found!

The location is great, just off eyre square & quite a safe little street
The check in process was a bit of a painful.. took us an hour to get through to the agent to get code & check in info.
Our shower didn’t work, a group of 9 adults this was very frustrating. Basic amenities-just bottle water on offer
