Simpatia dos colaboradores. Excelentes instalações. Não sendo excelente, o pequeno almoço era bom e adequado. Excelente piscina e excelente enquadramento paisagístico.
A melhorar, a rapidez na reposição dos alimentos do pequeno almoço. Alguns pormenores(poucos) do quarto, por exemplo a luz da entrada não funcionava.

O local é muito bonito e limpo. Sem cheiro de mofo ou humidades. Boas camas.
Faltou lenha para a fogueira (tivemos que sair pra comprar). O café da manhã no segundo dia atrasou demais (a funcionar chegou atrasada e pediu desculpas, mas mesmo assim, atrapalhou nossa programação). E devido ao atraso, a qualidade caiu muito. Também faltaram básicas taças de vinho. Improvisamos com outros copos que haviam no local. Deixamos uma coleção de vinhos para os proprietários e sequer nos enviaram um agradecimento.
