great location, nice spacious rooms, comfy bed, easy check-in
like others noted, the backside of this hotel faces the partying area of the town. If you plan on staying here, especially in a room facing the back, and definitely on a weekend - good earplugs are a must. Also, the WiFi here was terrible.

Excellent location in front of plaza with many festivities. Gorgeous view of river & bridge. Many restaurants & shops nearby. Room is spacious & clean.
Originally assigned room #101 with stairs to access bathroom. Had to switch room with my friend.
Elevator is not accessible from reception, have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach elevator - very bad.
Main stairs near front door is dark and dangerous to find steps. Lights only turn on at top of stairs. Hallway is also dark with no lights. Advertised as apartment but has only limited kit amenities, it’s not possible to prepare meals except coffee/tea.
Reception staff is not always available.

Location. Perfect. Clean.
1. Small kitchen but no sink. Dirty plates needed washing in bathroom 2. No desk for writing or working. 3. Ridiculous pouffe for sitting. 4. Stairs at entrance , only chair lift but no instructions how to use. Means bags need to be plugged up long flight of stairs
