This large apartment has been newly restored and has 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms. A large living room with a dining table that can host 12 persons, The Living room is extended by a nice terrace with a patio. The name of the house is determined by a large Wisteria that it intertwines with the pillars of the Patio.
The furniture are modern with some items that recall the antique history of Venice and the heritage of Italian culture. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entrance to the building is private with lots of storage space for luggage and strollers.
It is a perfect location for a family reunion or for an extended family enjoying the “Grand Tour” in Italy
It has a washer and a separate dryer in a dedicated laundry space. Air conditioning system in every room and central heating.

This place was one of the best highlights of our amazing trip! The host was incredible in helping us coordinate water taxi and navigate Venice. The home was beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. We had four couples and Plenty of space! This place is a gem!

Our family of 11 people had the pleasure to stay in this amazing apartment. Everything was exactly as described, all is up to date, the bedrooms are all comfortable and the management team were very professional and incredibly helpful

Was the perfect house for large group we had 11 total seven adults and 4 kids the location was great! The house is beautiful!! We loved it would definitely go back!

This is the most gorgeous, meticulous property! It is incredibly spacious and luxurious. The hosts couldn’t haven’t been better communicators as well. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. It is just like the pictures but even better in person!
