The only sign of civilization is Timberline Mountain’s ski slopes poking over the treetops from a bedroom window, and you are equally close to the eclectic towns of Davis and Thomas and countless other recreational opportunities.
Hearthside boasts all-new furnishings and thoughtful design throughout its four bedrooms, 10-seat dining room, living room and den. The well-equipped kitchen offers Nespresso Virtuo, Keurig and traditional coffee makers and you will find a new 5-burner KitchenAid grill beside an 8-seat table on the deck. Remote work or school is a breeze with Wi-Fi and desks in every bedroom and the den or relax with three smart TVs and a collection of games. *A special note from the homeowner about the sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom: King bed, marble ensuite shower, smart TV, and a desk with great view. Cherry blossom room: King bed, hanging chair, smart TV, and a beautiful mural. Cinnamon room: queen bed, desk, and a view of Timberline Mountain. Four-wheel drive is necessary in the winter, but you will be safe from the elements with a garage and a mud room for your gear. Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional fee. Winter stays will require 4 or all-wheel drive vehicles with the appropriate tires.

Quiet setting in general. We enjoyed use of hot tub and views of night sky. Property was well stocked with towels, kitchen wares and pantry items. Only negative comment was all beds had dog or cat hair on top coverings and had to be laundered next day. Otherwise everything else was very clean. West Virginia is beautiful and a special place to make new memories.
