This spacious unit can host up to 4 adults one couple and two singles or four single travelers all would have their own bed and privacy with a great work space full kitchen with sitting for six to eat all at the same time recently added to back room lounging area foosball table/chessboard table for the competitive guests 5min away downtown events restaurants parks and 2min away from all your shopping needs (Cleveland’s steelyard comings)very quiet and safe surroundings plenty of yard space for your four legged love one 🐶 also a very important thing for those of you with a travel budget this listing rates are lower than any in the area! (Check in info are as follows: )driveway is located on the back side of the house,through the alley way enter from w32st do not enter from w35th it’s a lot rougher on your vehicle that way! Your parking lane is on the left side of driveway along side the fence.if you use the front entrance your door is to the left,the back entrance is on the back side of house (do not try side door that is the bottom unit entrance!) You will receive your entry code around 3:00-4:00pm on your check in date. I provide spill towels and black make up removal towels, please do not use bath linens for spills or to remove make up! These towels are located in the bathroom and back room utility closet. This property cannot be booked no more than 90 days ahead of current date, for more details contact host! Wi-Fi info is posted on the wall of kitchen!

Everything was exactly as advertised which was nice. Some of the check in process was a little confusing as it was all in the main description but not everything was in the parking directions so if you stay here you'll want to review that but we had a great stay!

This was a good option for our family to stay as we were passing through Cleveland. Lugging up luggage to the second floor was a pain, but once we arrived, the location was as advertised. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the rental was clean and well furnished. The location was close to downtown so was a great option to enjoy Cleveland.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted unit. I have never stayed in a vacation rental at such a reasonable price where everything was truly taken care of.* Laundry* Easy on-site parking* Abundant towels, wash cloths, and soap* Shampoo and body wash that didn't dry out my hair and skin* Shower mat* Abundant dishes* Comfortable bed (I believe there was also a fan in the bedroom)* Multiple TVs (did not use but appreciated)* Lots of seating* Convenient locationMy host was very responsive, which stood out to me. I've never had such an easy time reaching a host. I couldn't figure out the hallway/stairwell light switches (tip: both must be in the on position at the same time), and I texted my host. He called me about one minute later to explain.I'll definitely try to stay here if I visit Cleveland again.

We stayed over for 3 nights. Check in was smooth with no hiccups. Owner answered all our queries at the time of booking. Kitchen had adequate utensils for all my cooking needs. We had to return late at night on some of the nights, there was enough light from the parking area to the door. The area was quiet and seemed safe enough. The only con is that my husband bumped his head on the low ceiling at the staircase landing a couple of times. Maybe a warning sign would help. Will stay again for sure next time we come to Cleveland. .

Fair. The place was cleaned fine with only minor things like a kiss mark on a decorative mirror, streaks on mirrors, white build up on coffee pot, and crumbs left on the dishmat. Maintenance had to be performed on the refrigerator. The host accompanied by 2 contractors came in during my stay to fix the fridge because it wasn’t cooling properly. Host claimed he heard it making a sound prior, but only after the previous guest made him aware that it wasn’t working, he had it fixed during my stay. This is unit upkeep I would expect a host to do prior to guest’s arrival. The contractor left the burnt wire and spot behind in the sink that I had to clean up. Some lights out and a broken lamp are also items that should be inspected every so often between stays.

We traveled to Cleveland for one night for the Cleveland Steelers football game. The place was very nice, clean and close to the stadium. Would definitely stay again.

Place was very clean and included all the amenities needed for a great stay away from home. Easy check in/check out instructions and no issues with parking in this quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. Would certainly rent again from this host!

We rented so we could spend the night in Cleveland after a concert to which we traveled. Owner was very accommodating in letting us in early so we could meet friends beforehand for dinner. Place is well appointed and has everything you need, although watch your head walking upstairs (very low ceiling and son hit is head pretty hard).

The apartment was as advertised. Clean and well equipped! Worked out perfectly for our one night stay and was a very short Uber ride to and from Progressive Field for a ballgame. The communication from the owner was great! We would stay here again.

Very clean and tidy. Jose was prompt at answering questions! He also came to change battery on fire alarm within 20 minutes of communication that it was chirping. Plenty of room, nicely decorated. There is even a washer and dryer to use, and a nice yard with deck. I saw cornhole boards out there. (Not sure if there were beanbags) anyhow… there are some games, a dart board etc. this host goes the extra mile! Would stay here again! Thanks so much!

I was skeptical because this was such an affordable find but it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was super clean, had a nice little yard, and off street parking. There was everything you would need for your stay: linens, extra blankets, dish soap, dish clothes, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer (on request), and bath towels. Each room had its own tv equipped with streaming services and the beds were super comfortable! There was also a foosball table and washer and dryer. The location was only a 15 minute drive into the city but had a Starbucks and a super Walmart a 7 minute drive away. Great location! Jose was very responsive to questions and made you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this stay and if i return i will be looking this one up again.
