Good price, quiet neighborhood, country style house.

Good price and quiet neighborhood. This is an old house squeaking at night like in the country. You can listen to the crickets singing all night long😀. If you are looking for a modern house with fully equipped kitchen- this is not your place. This house for people tired of the city life. Hard working young family is working tirelessly to restore this property to what it was before I think.

No more air band b for me

The property had a smell when you walked in. The couch had a hole on the corner. The beds looked old. It was nothing like the pictures. I sat in the chair in the living room and got up and had black dog hair all over my clothes. im allergic to dogs.. so we didn't stay. we went to a holtel and paid another 300 dollars for the 2 nights..

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The home was okay the area is definitely the hood part of Garfield the tv was small there were no other tvs in any other rooms . I did bring my pet because it’s says pet friendly . The host sent me a message to let me know the dog was loud and there is a pet fee . I didn’t get the messages until 4:30 in morning of course I was sleeping. When I sent a message to inquire about staying another night they were very unprofessional and sent me nasty emails telling me I ignored them at 4am , I asked them to please work on sending professional emails. They sent a message saying the will do as advised basically saying they don’t listen to customers! I checked out they asked me to pay the pet fee through cash app something that I’m not comfortable with because I don’t want them knowing my personal information since they are so unprofessional . They later sent a email saying the house smell the house been had a smell lol . And that I’ll be a wander for all my days if I don’t pay the pet fee which is unprofessional once again so I do not recommend this due to the unprofessional behavior, the area and also the home isn’t that comfortable . IF YOU BRING A PET YOU HAVE TO PAY A 50$ FEE ON CASH APP WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND I SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE LET KNOWN WHILE BOOKING
