The open and spacious floor plan features seaside and beach decor. The dining room has seating for eight with additional kitchen counter stools for four. Relax together with your family in the living room while enjoying the comfort of the large sectional sofa and take in a movie. Take your morning coffee on the balcony and feel the island breezes greet you. The home has an elevator for easy access to all three floors.
The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf. Two king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom three features a king bed with direct access through pocket doors to a hall bathroom. The final bedroom has a set of queen over queen bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
The ground level is where the fun is! Take a dip in the pool, challenge the family to a game of ping pong or foosball in the game room or just relax poolside in the lounge area. Pool loungers, and an outdoor shower add to the outdoor experience.

Very nice property and well maintained. Rooms were nice and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Check in was very easy and the staff at Anna Maria Life Rentals were always available for any questions or suggestions. The proximity to the Newton beach access point is great. Easy walk and not to crowded. Also has plenty of beach chairs for you to use and a couple of umbrellas that can be used on a very light wind day. Love the property and would stay again.

We've been coming to Anna Maria for the past 20 years. we've stayed all over the island, Bean Point is our favorite area.
We loved our stay at Beachology!!!
The only thing that was not great at all was the beach gear. As mentioned on the house description it came with beach chairs, cart and umbrellas. Unfortunately, that was not the case chairs and carts are broken or in really bad shape. It was really painful bringing stuff to the beach.
Hoepfully, it will get fixed, and we can look forward to another stay at Beachology.
