Explore the island easily with the nearby free AMI trolley, connecting you to the City Pier, all the way south on the island to Coquina Beach, and all attractions in between. It's a perfect blend of coastal relaxation and convenience!
Indulge in the private heated saltwater pool, complete with a swim-up table and shallow sunning shelf. The spacious wrap-around pool deck offers a perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends, while you enjoy peaceful views of the lake. Enhancing the ambiance are unique potted palm trees that provide additional shade. Fire up the Gas grill and savor your favorite meals under the Florida sun!
Sunset Shore has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main floor bathroom features a tub with newly remodeled surround; the second and third bathrooms upstairs include luxurious fully tiled showers. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and include a king bed in the Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2, a queen bed in Bedroom 3, and a full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle in Bedroom 4. Additionally, there is a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet, and unwind in the living room and all bedrooms with smart, flat-screen TVs with cable TV plus all streaming services available for you to sign in. Starter rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided, plus dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent as well as travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.
The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set at 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature.
Driveway parking includes up to 2 vehicle + a golf cart. There is street parking as long as all 4 wheels are off the pavement in designated parking zones.
Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome; a $175 Pet Fee is required; no dangerous breeds allowed and no more than 2 dogs. Dogs that are not disclosed will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

We stayed in this house for a month and had a great overall experience. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The location was excellent—very central, with easy access to everything we needed, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was also a great bonus—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing.While there were a few small issues here and there (nothing major—just minor things that come up with any home), the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed them quickly.He was always available and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. That kind of attentiveness made a big difference!I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-kept property in a great location with a thoughtful and responsive host.

The home was just perfect. My family and my sister’s family met here for a long weekend and the house was perfect for us. We so enjoyed the pool and back deck overlooking the canal. It felt like a private oasis. Even though you aren’t on the beach, the beach is just around the corner…. So easy to get to. Jeff and Ingrid were great hosts and responded immediately to any questions I had. I hope to stay here again some time!
