Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation fees!

Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund

Cancel within 60 days → No refund

Extended stays & large bookings → Payment due 90 days prior, non-refundable

$500 deposit due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival

For reservations 21+ nights or $20,000+ → 10% deposit due at time of booking.
