Welcome to the Rum Cove Experience!
This magical home is a one-of-a-kind oasis š“ on a one-of-a-kind island located right in the heart of Anna Maria! Rum Cove is placed perfectly within walking distance to all the prime entertainment spots! You will find restaurants and so many fun little shops to check out on historic Pine Avenue, cute places to grab a cup of coffee, acai bowl, smoothie or personalized donut. The beach and it's many entrances are just a few steps out your front door.
Although so much is an easy stroll away, a golf cart (provided with verification of a valid driver's license and current proof of automobile insurance. A separate low-speed vehicle agreement is required) and bicycles are also provided for exploring the City of Anna Maria. š²
We believe that one of the most important parts of a rental home is comfort, and this home will not disappoint. Rum Cove, just recently (2020), upgraded to a new state-of-the-art cooling system. This system is equipped with a Space Pak Air Conditioning System for the entre home plus personalized climate control units for each individual bedroom. No more arguing over who wants to sleep cool or who wants it a bit warmer! Itās all at your control!
With a resort style feel and plenty of unique places to relax and have fun, it is impossible to feel crowded at Rum Cove. The upstairs entertainment room has a large 80" TV with surround sound for late night movies. Right outside the entertainment room you will see a shuffle board table designed for those intense games. It also has a den area downstairs great for games with the kids or just a place to read a good book. This home boasts five bedrooms with five king size beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master suite, on the ground level, comes with a steam shower while the upper master suite is equipped with a sauna.
The kitchen is equipped with two Sub Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers, an ice maker, Wolf oven, and plenty of cooking tools for in-home entertaining. Just step outside the kitchen to the pool deck and find a large area perfect for grilling out your favorite burgers, brats or steaks. It comes complete with a large Weber grill, mini-fridge and prep sink. As we like to say...Grillinā and chillin' is easy at Rum Cove! š If youāre the one chillinā grab a seat and a glass and sit at the boat shaped bar to keep the cook company or grab a floaty and do some chillinā in the waterfall rock formation pool. š¦At the end of the day it wouldnāt be complete without a soak in the hot tub which overlooks the pool, pure relaxation!
Worried about keeping up with your putting shot? No problem, Rum Cove is equipped with a putting green so your stroke wonāt become rusty. For those with more of an adventurous spirit, just launch the provided paddle boards or kayak right off the floating dock that is located on the side of the house. šš¦ You also may want to consider renting a boat since Rum Cove has a dock and boat lift located right out the back door on the canal that takes you directly into Tampa Bay within minutes. š
When the day is done, unwind on the upstairs patio that overlooks the pool area, turn on the fire pit, š„get comfy on the large sectional sofa and count the stars in the night sky.

Fantastic house and property for our annual family vacation of 3 generations. Each family had their own private space with king bed, bath, extra an/c unit, and tv. The pool/bar area was our focal point for the week with numerous spots and ways to relax and enjoy ourselves. We used the paddle boards and kayak, fished off the dock (saw a manatee), as well as putted on the green and played a spirited game of cornhole. We enjoyed the upstairsā fire pit and the kids enjoyed the captainās wheel. The bikes were used for a trip around the north end where we visited Bean Point, and the golf cart was used was a beach and shopping shuttle. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking and serving, and the garage was garage full of beach accoutrements. Plenty of beach towels too! The dining table was big enough for the whole family to enjoy a meal together. We had a wonderful time - probably our best vacation yet - and Rum Cove was a big part of the reason why. I have 2 suggestions for improvement: a few more empty cabinets would be helpful as a pantry area, and stock some more wine glasses. Overall it was a beautiful week and we loved the house!

This was the perfect home for our family of 14. The layout of the home was perfect for everyone to have their own space/quarters. It was so nice to have all the special equipment readily available like the 2 cribs, high chair, baby plates and spoons, and stroller. The golf cart was so much fun and all the beach amenities in the garage were so helpful. All we had to do was show up with clothes. We also appreciated all the attention to detail and high end appliances. Extraordinary home in stunning Anna Maria Island! I highly recommend Rum Cove!

We had a wonderful stay at Rum Cove. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the trip.The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything needed. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, along with the golf cart, kayak, pool, and beach gear, which made the stay easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again!
