Welcome to our modern Colorado suite. With our central location, this suite is a perfect place for those who want to explore the Colorado mountains, visit the downtown scene, or try Denver's premier eats. Guests are a short walk to The Shops at Southgenn, Highline Canal Trail, and restaurants on South Broadway.

2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, induction heating stove, and Kuerig coffee machine. A desk and chair are provided for guests who work remotely. The cozy living room is ready for a movie night with TV and Firestick that includes, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.

Guests have a private entrance located around the north side of the house through the backyard with a keyless entry pad. Please park on street, not in the driveway.

*This is our home and we live upstairs. You might hear light walking or noises every once in a while. We are very mindful and respectful of our guests and keep noise levels as low as possible. We will coordinate with guests that book more than 7 days to use our laundry room that is located in the suite. Shared spaces are the backyard and patio. We ask that guests would respect our NON-Smoking, NO parties, and NO pet rule*
