About this apartment rental

Our place is located at the popular Denver Tech Center area. It is a guest suite adjacent to our main home. It has its own entrance and is located on the main level (not basement). We recently renovated it to make it look modern, chic and cozy. It has a queen size bed and an additional queen size (pullout) sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with a medium size refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher and a convection microwave oven. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, high speed internet and Xfinity cable with hundreds of channels. A beautiful park with a playground and trail is located behind the home for outdoor activities. The guest suite is also in walking distance to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater, a short drive to Park Meadows Mall with a great shopping and dining experience. Other nearby places of interest include Top Golf, Centennial Airport, Sky Ridge Hospital/Medical Center, and many more shopping/restaurant options. We are also in walking distance of a local brewery and a health food grocery store. The home is in between the Arapahoe RTD light rail station and the Dry Creek Station; 30 minutes on the train will bring you to downtown Denver.

Hello I did not write the review listed in your revision request. We had a family emergency and had to rent a larger property. The owners of this rental stated my cancellation was too late for a refund, which was true. I told them I understood and let them know we would not be at staying at their property.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a few days to attend a concert at Mile High stadium, and this property fit our needs perfectly. The space is spotless, comfortable, quiet and provides everything you'd need or a short stay. It is attached to the main home of the owners, but we actually never heard or encountered them and had no need to reach out with questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this listing and would stay again.

We had a great stay here! The space was VERY clean—not huge, but definitely spacious enough for a comfortable trip. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well equipped, and I really appreciated that. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the location is peaceful yet conveniently located for exploring Denver, whether heading downtown or out to Red Rocks. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in this studio for 2 days. It was very cute and had the essentials we needed. Although attached to the main house and garage we were not disturbed by noise. It was nice to have kitchen essentials, limited spices, coffee, and water. Thank you for a restful stay. Would stay again for sure if they will have us.

This property was set up nicely, everything was great and comfortable. My husband and godson stayed there 2 nights because of a medical procedure my godson needed that was in the area. They loved the location and ease of getting there and being able to relax after his procedure. Thanks for a great time. Would highly recommend.

I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) Check in was flawless, we got to Denver a little early, and the property was ready with contactless check in. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and saying hello. Bunnies in the yard would greet us when we got back everyday. The property is close to everything, but not in a busy area. The property was very clean, and the little additions, like water in the refrigerator made our stay great. We didnt need to contact the property owner durinf our stay, because we had everything we needed. Even a first aid kit in the cabinet when we had a curling iron incident. Lol. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay.

My daughter's (ages 23 and 15) and I absolutely loved this little studio apartment for our adventures in Denver. Our 1st MLB game and the Taylor Swift concert. Here's what they told me to write. *There's bunnies. LOL! There really were. We counted 5 or 6 of them up and down the street when we got back way late both nights. *It's 1000% safe. *It was super close to the rail system. We parked our car there for 12 hours when we rode into Denver that day and felt comfortable leaving it and felt safe waiting there for the train and coming back at 2AM. *It was well stocked. We were super grateful for the "squeezy" sunscreen in the cupboard because we found out that the Colorado Rockies don't allow spray sunscreen in the stadium. (eyeroll- Go Yankees!) *The kitchen was perfect. We always travel with our own food. *The hide-away bed and the queen size bed were both comfy. And now my 15 year old is convinced she needs her own studio apartment "just like it". I'd also add that it's in a great part of town with super easy access to the freeway and good shopping and restaurants near. If we ever come back to Denver we'll definitely stay here!

Check in was quick and easy. Love the electronic lock; no worrying about a key. The place was very clean and looked really nice. We were walking distance from a great breakfast place (First Watch) and a local brewery (Resolute) and it was easy to get onto a main road or the interstate. This is clean property, in a nice and safe area. The owner left great notes and was very accommodating. I put 4 stars for the fact that I chose the property because I needed a washing machine. Unfortunately it didn't work and when I looked at the owners manual, I didn't see how to fix it. I let the owner know and she didn't give any suggestions.

We loved this apartment! It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. I was surprised by all the conveniences in the kitchen. When we arrived, we discovered that the dryer did not work. We messaged the host. She was slow to respond, told us it worked on a specific setting (it did not), and it took 6 days to get a technician to diagnose the problem. The dryer didn't work for the entirety of our 10 day stay.

What a great place! Convenient to everything! Great restaurant/bars close by . Breakfast restaurants. Parks are close . Perfect to drive into Denver for dinner or Colorado Springs for a few hours. We will be back ! So much to explore!
