This property was adequate for my needs: kitchen had oils and spices, pots, dishes and utensils enough. Bed was softer than I'm used to, but fine. It would have been nice to access Netflix, etc. on the TV; although host encouraged me to connect my laptop (which I happened to have with me) to the HDMI cable, I never could find the cable.
The host was flexible and very responsive when I first arrived and had some questions- I appreciate the good communication.
Note to chemically sensitive people: host uses perfumed laundry detergent, which is noticeable throughout the house and certainly on the sheets. I hope the host makes the decision to switch to unscented products- I'll put in that request for the next people who stay there.
Even though property is a condo with a shared wall, it was fairly quiet, same with the neighborhood. There's a wonderful wetland greenway walking trail a short drive away; very peaceful and lovely- I highly recommend finding Tommy Davis, Silo and Orchard Hills parks nearby!

From the moment I made the reservation, through check-out, Brian's communication was excellent. The condo was clean, quiet, spacious and provided all the amenities I desired. All of the expectations were clear and I really couldn't have asked for more in a vacation rental.
If I travel to the Denver area again, I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at that condo for all my Denver trips in the past few years. Great location. Great amenities, lot of space, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so it’s perfect for families. Full kitchen , you can cook every meals if you wish. But it is close to several restaurants if you rather eat out, and to a target store as well.
There is a pool and a clubhouse but I never took advantage of those.
Condo has 3 TVs with cable and fast speed internet as well as a gas fireplace.
Parking is literally right next to the building so you won’t have to walk much more than a few steps after you leave your car.
And to make it even better , it has a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
If you looking for a better choice than a hotel, in a great, safe and convenient location for your next Denver trip, I cannot recommend this condo enough.

We arrived and was extremely happy with the rooms and the cleanliness and organization of the place. Very comfortable and reasonably priced, it was like having a home away from home. My family and I were very pleased and enjoyed our stay.
