This property was everything it stated in the app. The owner was very cooperative and easy to deal with. The area of the property is very quiet and friendly. Whenever I am around again I will hope that it is available.

The unit is a converted basement with full access to the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and the host has fully stocked the entire stay with everything you could need, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. Our dogs loved the backyard!One thing to note is that this is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It still has a tiny oven, hot plates, and a microwave, so you can make it work!Also worth noting that the thermostat isn’t in the unit, so if you need to adjust the temperature, you’ll reach out to the host. We are very grateful for the stay and would definitely book again!

When posting an ‘entire home’ listing, you would expect to actually have the entire house. But not with this one, you get a basement you have to enter through the backyard. Place was not the best in regards to cleanliness and maintenance of the home was definitely lacking. When first driving into the neighborhood, you get a good sense of this booking will be good because all the houses look great, only to be extremely disappointed once you arrived to this place because it was the odd one out in the neighborhood. Host is lacking in communication from both the customer and from customer service. Even after leaving a voicemail, I was deemed as a ‘spam call’ and that’s why the host didn’t pick up. So overall, if you are a mom and bringing a child with you, please understand this is not the entire home and you will be staying with strangers right upstairs with 100% access to you and God knows who else could be in the home with you. Host has complete disregard for concern of safety for children.

The host was amazing and the property definitely meets all of your needs. You may not have an actual stove but you definitely have the equipment to either warm your meal or prepare meal. They also add extra amenities like a washer and dryer with all of the things that you need to do your laundry as well as toiletries shampoo conditioners body washes they have Waters in the fridge for you as well as tees and other types of coffees that you would like to try. I highly recommend this property...

The basement suite is even cuter in person! You can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into creating this place to stay - truly everything we could ever need on our short trip. The yard was well maintained and perfect for our two dogs!

This was the perfect place for my teenage son and I to stay for one night while we were in Denver. We joked around about how we wished we were staying longer just so we could sleep there another night. The extra amenities like shampoo and conditioner (3 options!!) was so nice! As well as the coffee and tea they provided in the kitchenette. The shower was amazing! Great place overall!

We were very comfortable in this basement apartment. Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise from upstairs. Overall it was an extremely comfortable place to stay and was just what we needed for our trip to Denver. Thanks for everything Jacob! abel to safely

Solo mission for a short weekend stay. Jacob's place was tremendous. Really would be a great place for a more extended stay if you were on assignment at the DTC or even downtown. Undersold amenity of this property is that you a half block away from some tremendous outdoor space for running or hiking. Highly recommended.
