A beautifully designed modern three-story flat for four people. This stylish apartment comes with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Centrally located in the heart of Paddington and just a 3 minute walk to Paddington Train Station, which makes you minutes away from everything you'll need during your stay.
The Space:
A modern-minimalistic spacious flat suitable for 4 people. Comfortable double beds, a family bathroom and another en-suite bathroom with fabulous furnishings. Bathrooms are tiled elegantly from floor to ceiling. Huge windows in every room allow natural light to flow in to let you enjoy the space. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for four, and a cozy sitting area with smart TV for entertainment.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the whole apartment and won't be disturbed during stay.
Other Things to Note:
Due to a recent negative experience with bad guests we would prefer to be contacted before to explain a little bit about who you are.
We can only please take quiet and respectful people and must insist that there is no late night noise in the flat. If complaints are made we may take money from your deposit and distribute to neighbours as compensation.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED
As the flat is over three floors, it is not suitable for those travelling with young children or elderly.
