About this apartment rental
A gorgeous apartment in an incredible position, right by Hyde Park and Paddington Station surrounded by cute cafe's and local pubs.
The apartment is fully loaded with everything you need for a great stay. Local TV channels, super fast wifi, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linen plus a kitchen full of modern amenities.
You'll have access to the entire apartment
I am always available online, plus I have a Handyman on call 24 hours a day
Paddington is nestled right on the edge of Hyde Park, one of the most famous parks in the world! Countless shops, cafe's, bars and pubs are right on your doorstep. You couldn't wish for a better location to base yourself for a London stay.
Paddington train station is just a 2 minute walk away. You'll be able to get all over London with ease and reach all the world famous sites in just a few minutes.
In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about here https://www.minut.com/).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.
We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

The flat was a great size. The kitchen, bed and sofa all looked new and it was clean. The flat was just across from Paddington station which was ideal as we were able to get the train to Lego Land from here. The only down side to this was that there heatwave while we were there and it was noisy at night as we had to keep the windows open.
The only mirror was in the bathroom but as there were no plugs close enough I had to dry and straighten my hair using the reflection on the tv in the bedroom. It would be helpful to add a wall mirror to the bedroom.
Overall we were happy with our stay. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

This is a very nice property within an easy 2min walk for the Heathrow Express train. After flying 10 hours the last thing we want to do is drag our luggage around London. It’s also much easier to catch the early train for those flying out in the morning. There is a Big Bus hop on hop off stop at the end of the street for people wanting that option. Next to Paddington Station there is Garfunkel's a 24hr restaurant that serves breakfast all day, this came in handy on our early AM flight out and after a late night concert (not a lot of restaurants open 24hr in London) The close location to the Underground made getting around London very easy (I recommend using the app Citymapper, free version, for help with using the Underground)

We absolutely loved our stay in this Paddington station flat! The flat was recently renovated and it was spotlessly clean! It had all the amenities, although we didn’t do any cooking, we could have. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a sofa and dining area. The flat was so very peaceful! The shower had good water pressure, the windows were all new so they were easy to open to let the steam out from the shower. There were 35 steps up to the flat, but it was well worth it. It was nice to have a quiet place to be after walking around the city all day. We felt very safe there with the double locks to the flat.
Our only suggestion would be, to provide some tea and coffee for your guests. The coffee maker and tea pot were lovely but we did not have any coffee or tea. Luckily there is a “Café Nero“ right across the street! We highly recommend “Cork and Bottle” for dinner, it was lovely and right next door! We loved the location of the flat as Paddington underground and Paddington train station we’re just around the corner. All in all, we would stay there again with no hesitation! We highly recommend this property!

Very convenient, one block to Paddington station! Brand new apartment! Need cell phone for entrance to apartment! Might be nice to have a lock box option available also for those who are not tech savvy.
If you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs, as the street noise is loud in unit 2!!
Neighborhood had all conveniences...
