Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1701
Our condo is a beautiful beachfront end unit with breathtaking views of the beach and gulf! This is a FULL three-bedroom/three bath END unit with an extra-large wrap-around balcony on the 17th floor of Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment.
Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.
Kitchen is very well equipped (Keurig and a drip coffee maker), dishwasher, microwave, new fridge, blender, mixer, crock pot. Everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal!

• Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town
• Over 1500 Square Feet of Living Space on the 17th floor
• 250+ Square Feet of Balcony
• The Living room comfortably seats 6
• Living Room includes A Large SMART TV and wrap around sliders for incredible views
• Dining Area seats 6 and there’s extra bar seating for 3 in the kitchen
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, Keurig and a drip coffeemaker, new fridge, mixer and even a crock pot
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and LARGE SMART TV, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has a walk-in shower and a garden tub and double vanity
• 2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed with a 46” SMART TV
• The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
• The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed
• The 3rd bath has a combination tub/shower
• There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
• There is laundry room with full size stainless washer and dryer

A little about Sunrise Beach
Beautiful, well-maintained resort and common areas. Fabulous family-friendly complex with same-side of the street parking garage under the building (a rare find for PCB!). Two large pools (one heated) and two hot tubs. Splash pad mushroom fountain. Exercise room with pool view. Vendors offer seasonal beach activities (for an extra charge) such as banana boat, parasailing and jet ski rentals. If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of great restaurants within easy walking distance including the beachfront restaurants: Sharky's, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Starbucks, pizza, donuts and Moe's BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Many, many others are just a short drive away! Excellent location about one mile from the bustling shopping and entertainment complex known as Pier Park and a short drive to Frank Brown Park and other shopping. Walking distance to Gulf World.
The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
Maximum vehicle height is 6"8".
Please note: Resort charges 50.00 per vehicle registration fee.

Beautiful inside. Stunning views. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable, and short walk to the beach. The only thing that was a little problem was the elevator getting back and worth. But we’ll worth it. My family enjoyed it!

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family, including a 6 month old. We did have a few issues with guests above us (smoking, loud banging and music), but that isn't the fault of VRBO and we could have complained, but didn't. One thing, when they say there are only starter items such as toilet paper, believe it and make sure and bring some because we had about a half roll in each bathroom. I've never stayed in a place where there wasn't at least toilet paper stocked in the bathrooms. The grocery store is about a 15 minute drive each way, so make a list so you don't have to go back and forth. Also, there were no blankets or throws anywhere and with the A/C on, it was cold so bring something to put on the bed. There was only a flimsy sheet, blanket and top for the beds. The rental company allowed us to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. We were surprised at the parking charge of $40 per vehicle which I didn't remember reading anywhere. But overall, the condo is very nice and the views are spectacular.
