One thing you will notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular! Unit 511 is on the pool level, just past the fenced area, so it offers, a quieter more private, unobstructed view of the beach and gulf. You are just above the 4th level of the parking garage. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, plus is the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the dolphins and stingrays play in the surf. There is a dining table with seating and bar height tables and chairs so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. Condo was top notch! Everything was clean. The location was great and the view from the large balcony was amazing! This condo and vacation was exactly what me and my family needed. We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

There were several items that were not clean when we arrived, things that were clearly visible. I do give credit for rental company sending someone out quickly. I was told after I made reservations that the kids mushroom play area would be closed during our stay, I specifically asked if both of the pools would be open and I was told that they would be. However, we found out upon arrival that one of the pools was closed. The rental company told me they are the management company and can only relay information provided by the resort. So if the information they give to renter is incorrect it's too bad. A renter only has the management company to communicate with.
