1 fun bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds (perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests)
With tons of dining space inside and out, everyone can gather together without feeling cramped—whether it`s family meals, game nights, or sunset happy hours. Step outside to the outdoor hangout area complete with a patio bar setup, where you can grill, sip drinks, and relax under the stars.
Every room comes equipped with a TV, so there`s no fighting over what to watch—everyone can unwind in their own space after a day at the beach.

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

No Smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All cigarette butts and smoking remnants must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Do not discard on the ground, in landscaping, or around the property.
No Pets
Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.
No mailbox on property available for deliveries.
The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.
The primary renter must be 25 and present throughout the duration of the reservation.
