Pool heating is available for $50/day with advance notice. The pool is typically maintained around 82–86°F depending on weather conditions, making it comfortable for swimming throughout much of the year.

• Bedroom 1 — Ground Floor: King bed with en-suite bathroom and handheld showerhead. A convenient option for grandparents and families with little ones.
• Bedroom 2 — Primary Suite: King bed, private balcony with partial Gulf views, en-suite bathroom, and private coffee bar.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property may result in a $500 smoking violation fee, plus any additional documented cleaning or odor-remediation costs.
GRILL CLEANING: A propane grill is provided for guest use. Please clean the grill after each use and leave it in reasonably clean condition for the next guest. Excessive grease, food buildup, or failure to clean the grill may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

We were in town for a baseball tournament so we had 3 families staying at the house. It was perfect for our group. Very short walk to the beach with a beach access spot right where you cross Front Beach rd. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
