The Space:
Emerald waters, sugar-white sand, and fantastic on-site amenities await at this Gulf-front condo in Sunrise Beach Resort! Here on the shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have access to multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, a children's splash area, a well-appointed fitness center, and a barbecue area - all mere steps from the beach and free seasonal chair-and-umbrella service.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, tile floors, and glass doors that frame majestic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Slide those doors open and step out onto the balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh air, dine alfresco at breakfast, or bring your evening cocktails. The living room has plush leather furnishings and a TV, while the adjacent dining room table has ample seating for mealtime and nightly card games. In the kitchen, you'll find white appliances, beautiful countertops, and a peninsula breakfast bar.
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and towels, and a TV in each of the three bedrooms. There's a seasonally heated pool and hot tub on the east side of the fifth-floor pool deck, another pool and hot tub on the west side, and a children's water play area in the center. My friends and I usually always stay at Sunrise Beach because it has a great location. This is the first time we stayed at this unit and it was by far the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are a true representation of the property. Loved the way it was tastefully decorated and the upgraded master bathroom. It was a beautiful place to stay while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Will definitely book this property again!!! Thank you!

We love Sunrise property. Have stayed multiple times in past. First stay at this condo and it did not disappoint. Just as described. Extremely clean. Incredibly comfortable beds and furniture. Well maintained. Gorgeous views from balcony and balcony furniture also comfy.
One issue with the dryer which was addressed within 2 hours.
Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Photos are what the condo looks like! Very nice. We will stay there again! One thing condo needs is a full length mirror. Hot pads missing and took us a couple days to figure out in master shower to get hot water you barely turn the handle. Further you turn colder it gets. Dryer usually had to run two cycles. But overall a 10/10. Quiet. Great beach view and nice to have different patio furniture to sit on. Easy to get to the beach and just a few doors down from elevator.
