This unit features a gulf front family room and master bedroom that overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunset views. The extra large balcony includes dining and lounging areas. This unit is located on the 9th floor which is 4 floors above the elevated pools and hot tub, an ideal floor to be on. Convenient parking is located underneath the building so no need to walk across the street as with many of the other condo buildings.

The condo was absolutely lovely. The Host was above and beyond accommodating. The resort had some maintenance going on during our stay but the inconvenience wasnt bad and our host made us aware of it ahead of time. Will defintely look at staying again.

We have stayed at Sunrise Beach at the least, 6 times, and this by far, is the best, cleanest well stocked condo we’ve stayed in. Nicole and her family thought of everything!! We will definitely stay in this condo again! The weather was perfect! Thank you again for sharing your piece of paradise with us!! The Parrish Family
