All the staff we encountered were pleasant and the condo was just what we needed

We really enjoyed this place it was clean. The only thing I would change is they have no ice machine for guest, you have to pay for $4.00 for 10lb bag of ice.

This was a great unit for our needs, EXCEPT:
1. The Tv's were NOT user friendly and 1 didn't work at all.
2. The security at this condo was out of control. They were nitpicking EVERYthing we did!
3. The master bath toilet just ran all the time .
4. The master bath tub took FOREVER to drain.
5. The shower leaked in the master bath.
6. The fan in the kids room did NOT work and it made it warm in there.
7. The door to a smaller closet was broken in the master bedroom.
Overall, we had a good time but would not stay here again due to the strict rules of the pool. You could not have drinks or floats in the pool and it closed at 10 pm which is early for us on vacation.
