About this apartment rental
Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1411!
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1411 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a three bedroom three bath beach residence that sleeps up to 8 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. The oversized balcony is furnished with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus the perfect spot for morning coffee. Since we spend time here ourselves, we wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach for us and our guests. We’ve even included free beach service from March through October! We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:
Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

-Over 1500 Square Feet of Living Space on the 14th floor
-Large 200+ Square Feet of Balcony
-The Living room comfortably seats 6 with a 60” Flat Screen TV
-Dining Area seats 4 around a beautiful dining table. There’s also seating for 4 at the kitchen counter
-Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 55” FLAT SCREEN TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower
-2nd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV
-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
-The 3rd bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV
The 3rd bath has a combination tub/shower
-There’s wireless internet access throughout the unit
-There is a full-size washer & dryer in a separate laundry room conveniently located in the unit
Sunrise Beach 1411 offers a quieter location that is still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach offers. Moes’s BBQ is right across the street and favorite restaurants Hang Five, Runaway Island and Sharky’s are practically next door. We think you’ll agree that Sunrise Beach 1411 can be your beach home away from home, where you and your family can enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation. Great location, beautiful place. We did have to have 3 different door codes while there because ours stopped working and we were locked out, which was inconvenient. A locksmith had to be called.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was decorated nicely and beds were comfortable. The views of the beach and strip were awesome.

Well stocked kitchen. Washer was temperamental in using as sometimes it did not start. More high bar stools on patio would have been great as it is too humid to eat on the patio at the table. View was awesome! Nicely decorated. Could use new pilllows in bedrooms. Would come back.
