Escape the cold winter up north in this stunning, exceptionally clean luxury home with 1934 sq. foot interior space.
2 large very private patio areas in backyard and private patio area in front courtyard. Outstanding newly updated and beautifully furnished very peaceful and private Gold Canyon home away from home, nestled in the foothills of the magnificent Superstition Mountains. Gold Canyon is a luxury golf course community with 2 pools, spa, and recreation facilities for your use. Almost everything in the house is brand new.
This stunning house is located on a quiet street with a nature preserve right behind the fenced in back yard that allows for total privacy, great bird watching and beautiful nights of relaxing star gazing. You can walk right out your front door for safe and easy walking areas to get in your daily exercise, or head out for a round of golf, horseback riding, or sightseeing, there are also numerous excellent hiking and mountain biking trails. The recreation facilities and golf course at Mountainbrook are only a couple of blocks away. The house is also close to other golf courses, the Salt River and Saguaro Lake, several hiking trails, shops, and restaurants.
Home is only 35 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. Surrounding cities offer even more restaurants, entertainment, museums, historic areas, shopping, spring training, lakes and casinos. Enjoy your morning coffee, evening glass of wine, or great meals prepared on the new grill as you relax in the beautiful private backyard with large patio area. No neighbors looking back at you, however there may be an occasional deer on the hillside, the views from the master bedroom, living/dining room and patio are stunning. There are several gorgeous Saguaro cacti located on the hillside behind the house, quail that visit almost daily and beautiful sunsets.

New gas cooktop and stainless-steel dishwasher, newer stainless-steel refrigerator. Kitchen table with seating for 4 additional people. Total seating inside is 15.
LARGE MASTER BEDROOM: Large master bedroom has a very comfortable custom crafted king size bed and private bathroom with separate toilet area. You will love the walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, no wiping down glass shower doors. Lovely seating area with a fantastic view.
LARGE GUEST BEDROOM: The second large bedroom also has a very comfortable custom crafted king size bed, very comfortable seating area and desk with chair should you need to work from home a bit.
GUEST BATHROOM: Shower/tub combination, sink with granite countertop, toilet and lots of storage space.
DEN: The den has a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite TV selections.
GARAGE: Epoxy floor and room for 2 vehicles. Driveway also has parking for 2 vehicles.
No need to purchase bottled water as there is a water softener and a high-end water filtration system. The kitchen sink has instant hot water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was beautiful and very clean. It has a wonderful outdoor patio right up against a nature reserve. Even had two mule deer come up to the back patio. The inside of the house has anything you could need. Kitchen is very well-equipped. Our host was always available if we needed her. The location was perfect for hiking and golfing with a beautiful view!

Loved our stay. Home was close to all our favorite hikes, the views from the back yard were beautiful desert landscape, saw deer, coyotes quail and many birds. Kitchen had everything we needed,, all new and in good condition. Loved the new gas cooktop. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds.(important to old people). Host was easy to contact and deal with, like a new friend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Red Yucca. We appreciated moving into a clean, orderly home. It’s beautifully furnished and the kitchen is nicely stocked with all the essentials and then some! We enjoyed all the ourdoor spaces in the private back yard, especially the side patio that offered a spot to visit or read out of the afternoon sun. Mountainbrook is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors. Their center has a library where we took advantage of checking out puzzles and books. Bring your bathing suit…very nice pool. The area around Mt.Brook has hiking trails. A favorite destination of ours each year is a trip to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum, only about a half hour drive from Mt.Brook. All this plus the beautiful Superstition Mts. always in view. Unbeatable!

Home is immaculate and furnished beautifully. Charlotte is easy to communicate with and helpful. Home is well stocked with complete kitchen supplies, pans, and dishes. Back yard is private and well furnished. I would rent again.
