We loved our stay here! Family of 8, including 6 kids ages 15 to 3. Oldest slept on pullout sofa, 2 kids in one bedroom on queen bed, 2 other kids in other bedroom on queen bed and baby in a pack and play that we brought. My wife and I were very comfortable in the master bedroom on the king bed.
We came out for the Final Four and knew we were about 50 minutes away, but we were totally fine with that. The Gold Canyon area was awesome! Very beautiful scenery and laid back. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Mesa, which has everything. We also drove 4 hours north to take the kids to the Grand Canyon for the first time, which was so worth it! And we stayed an extra day and enjoyed the solar eclipse of 2024.
The backyard was nice and has a really awesome porch with a fire pit. Only caution (not a complaint) is to watch out for cactus needles on the turf area in the backyard…not fun to get one of those in the foot!
Totally recommend this house and we hope to get back out west to visit it again soon!
