♦We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front door and the driveway which record video and audio. There is also a smart home device (Minut) in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels, but in no way records audio or video.
♦ We ask that once you run out of the provided supplies/toiletries, you please buy your own.

The house was perfect for our purposes (weekend wedding). It was comfortable and clean and accommodated 4 adults perfectly. Luis provided great communication and was attentive to any needs that we may have had throughout the stay. We didn't golf, however, the house is located right off the 6th tee of Gold Canyon CC. Overall Excellent experience.

This house was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching the roadrunners and bunnies in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Nice view from the bedroom upstairs. And our host, Luis, was good communicating with us.

Beautiful location! We loved watching the birds in the backyard. The house was clean, quiet, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
