Perhaps the glass walls surrounding the toilet could have been darker

Location of the suite was great as there are numerous restaurants and places to visit within a walkable distance. Rooms were clean and tidy with modern sleek interior.

Bed can be difficult to access. The lifts up to seveth floor are small and stairwells up to the room are a work in progress. BUT once you get to the Zoe Suite it will not disappoint.

Good value and available last minute; coffee good; staff very responsive to any inquiries; clean and a nice bathroom area

Bed on the ground and difficult to get up; step down from bed area could cause one to trip; there were no chairs making time in the room uncomfortable for someone a bit older .

- It was spotlessly clean and ultra modern - The host was exceptional - provided a couple of chairs and a table to sit at when I said there was nowhere to sit in the suite!

- No Privacy - the see-through glass to the toilet and shower! Only for couples that are comfortable going to the toilet in front of one another. It was for my sister and myself and it was passable. Definitely not for new couples or friends that weren’t comfortable being seen while they did number 2’s!! . - Nowhere to sit! It was marketed as a suite! There was no sitting in the suite. The owner brought in a table and chairs which was lovely of him. - Misleading marketing photos and descriptions. There was a kitchen photographed and described that was not for guest use. There was a “refrigerator” advertised, but it was a mini-shelf fridge that would not fit a bottle of champagne . I would have NEVER HAVE BOOKED THIS PROPERTY had it had more accurate photos and descriptions. - the location was very close to the duomo - but in a very poor and run-down part of town. - the garage and parking that was advertised was dodgy looking and if you had a lot of bags it was a slug around the block - the bed on the floor was extremely hard. Great if you love a hard bed. - no hooks for towels - the jacuzzi didn’t drain - you had to walk across and through the jacuzzi (or on the edge of it) to get the robe they provided. - said it was a Luxury Suite B&B - just missing the B for breakfast
