Lovely property- would definitely stay there again

Great location, just a short bus ride from the centre. Three really good rooms with plenty of space for bags. Good mattresses and duvet/pillows. Ice already in the freezer, christmas decorations up, heating on. What's not to like? Really helpful directions provided. Great communication and book of instructions. We'd stay again.

Could do with a blind in the bathroom, but that's me being very picky. Dining room chairs were a bit wobbly.

Homely and clean. Great location. Parking . Lovely sized garden if you were planning to visit in the warmer months.

Not that we didn’t like it, but the sofas could have been more comfy. Possibly the oven could do with some attention.

Disappointed, could be a lovely property if the basics were done (cleanliness).

Ideal location 15min walk into city centre, parking was an added bonus, tricky to manoeuvre but fine once parked. Spacious property.

The cleanliness of the property, main areas were dirty, crumbs everywhere, bed sheets in one of the rooms had mould on them, the property had an awful stench which can only be described as a dirty, unclean smell, not well maintained. Heating was locked so had to contact owner to unlock. Owner did respond but with no acceptable resolution.

A gem on the edge of the city centre

The hosts were amazing and friendly. Couldn't do enough to help! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Good value for money! For a group of friends or a family trip I would stay anywhere else. It is perfect!

The location was ideal for what we wanted but the hill is so steep. But that's part of the charm of Bath... I guess. The parking was very difficult to park in. All advised by host so it wasn't a shock. Just something to be aware of.

Restful location, generous space.

Lovely home, nice amenities. Beautifully decorated. Had all we needed. Grocery store and bus stop about 1 or 2 minute walk from location. Multiple buses go by everyday to and from city center or train station. Kensington Meadows park very close by. Mattresses firm. Nice private back yard to relax in at end of day. Big eat in kitchen with full sized fridge. 3 separate bedrooms so everyone in our group had their own room. Hosts easy to reach if needed. Concise clear instructions for access. Location quiet as removed from city center. I would stay here again, especially with the frequent bus transportation available.

30 minute walk from train station, 20-25 minute walk from city center uphill for the most part; we underestimated the distance. We learned how to use the bus pretty damned quick. That did become a plus as evenings were quiet. Washing machine in addition outside main house that needs a separate key.

Everything: very well decorated and equipped, comfortable and homey, with an attention to detail that shows care and consideration for the guests. Conveniently located at walking distance from the centre of Bath, yet just outside the congestion charge area. We couldn’t have wished a better stay.

Parking tricky but this was explained in the property details. Unfortunately I scraped my car though! No washing machine but this wasn’t a major problem for us as our visit was short and we knew about it in advance. Ot might be helpful to have one if a family with young children were to stay

Description of the place was spot on. A nice base to explore Bath.

A fab and clean house with a parking space. Convenient with a supermarket on the doorstep. It had a nice shower and pretty comfortable beds. A home from home - we had a very enjoyable stay. PS. Some might find the parking a bit tricky but that was in the description and we took a smaller car and it worked out fine for us.

A brilliant property that offered everything we needed to stay for a weekend sightseeing in Bath!

A fantastic property to stay in whilst visiting Bath! The house offers spacious and stylish living spaces, with comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, relaxing living room, and all kept to an exceptional standard. There is also a very handy parking space at the back of the property as well as a decent sized garden. A great place to stay as a group and in walking distance (25mins) of the city centre. The host is also wonderful! Very welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend and stay again!
