Location is just perfect, close to all transportation in Istanbul. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the hospitality was amazing.
There is some noise due to traffic in the street, especially at night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is awesome and the whole stay was very pleasant. We had a starndard room booked and got upgraded to a room with a view. Ot was fantastic. Got also magnets as a gift. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect very close to the Tram and the tunnel to Isteklal walking distance for all the spots that you want to visit

Great service and location, the stuff is friendly and communicative. Near the centre and everything.
The curtains in the room were not wide enough, so the bright light woke me up early in the morning. The shower enclosure was low, and it was easy to bump my head if I wasn’t careful. From the ground-floor room, there was no sea view at all, even though the hotel showed photos taken from higher floors where the sea is visible. 低楼层房间看不到海，很遗憾。 感觉性价比并不是很高。
