Perfect location in the heart of old town, comfortable, spacious apartment on the second floor with a nice balcony.
Be prepared for a deposit of 350 euro, released after your check out what can take some time. Check out precisely at 10 AM.
Nothing to complain about, maybe some kitchen towels and shower gel

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in der alten Stadt. Restaurants, Bars, Strand, alles in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht.
Das Bett ist auch sehr bequem.
Nichts.

Wonderful location in the heart of Vieux Nice. Boulangerie, grocery shops, restaurants, bars all close by. Quiet at night as there’s no passing traffic.
The balcony was a bonus . Sat outside watching the activity in the street even when the weather was cold.
The apartment was spacious and warm. Comfortable bed and pillows , good shower and well equipped kitchen.
Excellent communication for checking in.
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we visit again.

Het is lekker ruim en prima schoon. Het bed lag goed, heerlijke douche. Locatie echt midden in het bruisende centrum.
De communicatie met Olivia was vlot en goed.
Paar kleine dingen: de tv werkte gewoon niet, kon niets streamen. Was voor ons geen probleem, wel gemeld en direct antwoord van Olivia.
De keuken inventaris is een oud bij elkaar geraapt rommeltje.
Er liep een muis over mijn voet. Niet gek in zo’n oud pand.
En ondanks dat de ramen dicht best goed isoleren moet je er rekening mee houden dat als er echt wat georganiseerd is in de stad dat je tot een uur of drie mensen hoort lallen.
