The air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. Not too many stairs and the property had an excellent location and the apartment was just as described.

Right in the heart of Nice with everything from restaurants to the beach and transportation close
The property was lovely
The young lady that met me to give over the keys was somewhat rude and in such a rush to be out at her dinner and was not acceptable of my late flight that was delayed.
Would have been easier to collect the keys from a central place

Perfect location in the heart of old town, comfortable, spacious apartment on the second floor with a nice balcony.
Be prepared for a deposit of 350 euro, released after your check out what can take some time. Check out precisely at 10 AM.
Nothing to complain about, maybe some kitchen towels and shower gel
