Needed to carry heavy luggages to walk up the long stairs. Also the soap ran out in the bathroom. The clothes took forever to dry or never dry

調味料や食器、電子機器が充実しててよかったです。サウナやスイッチなど、他の宿にはあまりないものが多く、長い時間の滞在があっという間でした。12時までいられるのもとてもありがたかったです。
草がたくさんあって虫や蜘蛛の巣が多かった。Switchのコントローラーが1つだけ使えなかった。洗われてないオーブンの台があった

ロケーション、設備、清潔感があり、良かったです。家族カラオケも出来ました。
温泉がタイマーとの事でしたが、温泉出なくて残念でした。その後確認するとタイマーが壊れていたとの事。スタッフの説明不足でした。　ホームシアターのスピーカーが壊れていて、1箇所しか音が出なかったのが残念でした。次回利用する時があれば改善して欲しい。

一棟貸し、ロケーション、温泉、
食器類の汚れ、お風呂のブラインドが下がらない、 ミネラルウォーターがあるとなお良かった
