El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente: la playa se encuentra a apenas 50 metros y los restaurantes aún más cerca. El piso está muy bien cuidado y completamente equipado: vajilla, electrodomésticos, camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Dispone de mantas, sombrillas y toallas para la playa. Cuenta con tres televisores, internet y canales internacionales. Tiene dos balcones: uno cerrado con tenderete y otro abierto frente a la ría, perfecto para desayunar cómodamente mientras se disfruta del amanecer. El propietario, Ivo, es muy atento y siempre pendiente de que la estancia sea lo mejor posible. Aunque no fue necesario llamarle, estuvo disponible en todo momento.

En invierno se quedan escasas las tres estufas para estar caliente en la casa
