La distribución de espacios; la decoración y el equipamiento de la cocina y salón.
Puntos a mejorar serían: 1.- Entregar al menos dos juegos de llaves. 2.- Mantenimiento del equipamiento exterior de la terraza 3.- Subsanar el problema de olores del WC de la habitación.

Prima locatie, veel parkeerplekken voor de deur. Mooi ingericht appartement met groot terras inc grill. In de woonkamer staat de grootste televisie die ik ooit heb gezien
De douches zijn verschrikkelijk. Echt allebei compleet waardeloos. Of kokend heet of ijskoud, veel te klein. Dagelijks punt van agressie voor ons. De bedden zijn ook niet briljant

EL BAÑO DEL DORMITORIO PRODUCE OLORES DESAGRADABLES DEL DESAGUE QUE SE METE EN EL DORMITORIO EL ASCENSOR SOLO LLEGA AL TERCER PISO POR LO QUE TIENES QUE SUBIR UN PISO DE ESCALERAS CARGADO CON EL EQUIPAJE TIENE UNA BARBACOA QUE ESTA OXIDADA AL IGUAL QUE LAS PARILLAS POR LO QUE USARLA REQUIERE MEDIA HORA RASCANDO OXIDO

Eher ungemütliche, in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung mit zu vielen billigen Teppichen, Plastikblumen und abgewohnten Möbeln. Das Haus und der Eingang sind ungepflegt und riechen unangenehm. Auch in der Wohnung riecht es trotz lüften unangenehm. Das Bett ist durchgelegen, die Decke darauf ist zu schwer und nicht zu nutzen . Die Dusche wird entweder zu heiß oder eiskalt. Die Muschel auf der Terrasse ist kaputt, der Grill nicht zu benutzen. Der Toaster ist defekt.
