Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, gute Lage. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter: ein Willkommensgeschenk zur Begrüßung, hat ausnahmsweise einen früheren Check-in ermöglicht und am zweiten Tag nachfragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Kleiner Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und wir haben auf unsere Gewohnheit verzichtet, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Appartement bien équipé, dans un quartier central et bien desservi
L’odeur de la douche n’est pas très agréable, et l’emplacement au rez-de-chaussée entraîne un certain manque d’intimité. Le lave-vaisselle était rouillé mais (encore) fonctionnel. Une des prises de courant à côté du lit était déboîtée. Il n’y a pas encore beaucoup d’informations disponibles sur Parisuites. Lors de l’entrée, entièrement à distance, nous avons dû contacter quelqu’un qui a ouvert les portes à distance pour nous. C’est un peu étrange, mais la personne était disponible quand nous avions besoin d’assistance.

Emplacement central, proche gare de l'Est et métros. Clés facilement récupérées et hôte accueillant et disponible. Lit de la chambre très confortable (canapé convertible moins confortable). Logement convenable pour 3 personnes
La propreté aurait pu être mieux (présence de poussière, douche très calcaire, tâches sur le canapé, saleté au sol dans la SDB). Appartement au RDC duquel on entend et ressent bien le métro. Voisins du dessus assez bruyants. Absence de serviettes pour les mains et de savon dans cuisine ou SBD (uniquement WC)
