Very good :)

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this Paris Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was great, except that the building doesn’t have a lift, which made carrying our luggage up the stairs a bit difficult, even though it’s only the first floor. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d happily recommend it.

There was no lift.

Clean appartment in good location

Location is very good, near metro station. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It was very uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa bed, it was broken and I saw in previous comments that someone already mentioned that but seems that hosts did not fixed it. No hooks in the bathroom and toilet. If you have issues with sleeping with moderate noise then it will be hard to sleep there since there are some bars outside and windows are old so it can be quite noise.

The location is good. Quite near to a few restaurants and grocery shops.

The sofa bed is not quite comfortable, so maybe it better function as just a sofa. Best is just to sleep 2 for this place. The water heater is not consistent, it turns cold after a while. Can be quite noisy at night. Note that there are stairs to the apartment.

Great value for money and lovely comfortable clean accommodation.

Lovely and clean. Just as advertised. Good location. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants and not too far from the station either.

It was quite hard to get into all the locks especially as it’s very dark by the mail boxes at the entrance. The photos sent did help though and they were very quick to help when we couldn’t find the correct apartment. Not necessarily a negative as it made us feel safe that no one would get into the apartments.

For 3 night was good if you don't stay at apartament

appartement was clean and same like from pics, bed was so comfortable, appartement is modern.

windows are so bad that you can feel cold air all the time it was really cold we stayed 3 nights and got 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper(for three people) the sink is covered so was all the time full of wather

Te gekke plek!

De locatie was heel centraal met de metro, bakker, supermarkt en café’s allemaal in de buurt. Het appartement is groot genoeg voor 3 volwassenen. Alles is nieuw en schoon. Echt een aanrader als je dicht bij Gare du Nord wilt verblijven in een stylish leuk appartementje.

Очень удобное местоположение рядом с метро! В квартире было все необходимое.

На диване проваливались ламели, было проблемно на нем разместиться и спать, не хватало крючков для полотенец в ванной, к сожалению, ночью было очень шумно из-за шума на улице.

Està molt ben situat. A prop de comerços per a comprar i ben comunciat amb metro i RER. Carrer amb poc trànsit.

Per accedir ens van escriure varies persones alhora i després no ens van respondre quan vam tenir un problema amb la pica del bany. Cuina poc potent, sofà llit molt incòmode, neteja molt superficial. Vam haver de comunicar varies coses trencades només entrar.

la posizione per la vicinanza alla fermata della metro

non mi è piaciuto che il divano letto aveva la struttura che sorregge il materasso con 2 doghe instabili, praticamente uscivano dalla loro sede con la conseguenza di ritrovarsi letteralmente a dormire col sedere in terra, l'host contattato al riguardo ha detto che sarebbe venuto a controllare ma non si è visto

l'accès aux clés est vraiment compliqué. Dans le hall noir, à genoux devant la boite aux lettres la plus basse.. impossible de former le code du boitier. Au 1er il faut préciser la touche CADENAS

Adoramos nossa estadia e pretendemos voltar em breve.

O apartamento é muito confortável. Seguro, local calmo e com todas as funcionalidades necessárias por perto. Restaurantes, supermercados, padarias e metrô. O apartamento tem chuveiro maravilhoso, a decoração é clean e nova e tanto o aquecedor quando o ar condicionado funcionaram perfeitamente bem. Geladeira grande e espaçosa, tudo em perfeita ordem.

O sofá cama poderia ser um pouco melhor mas não chega a atrapalhar a hospedagem.

Goede locatie dicht bij de metro Net appartement met veel faciliteiten Lekker Mexicaans en Tibetaans restaurant in de buurt

Je moet een vaste slaper zijn, veel omgevingsgeluid van de bars in de buurt. Geen volledige verduistering in de slaapkamer Zetelbed was goed voor kinderen maar zou het niet aan volwassenen aanraden

Excelente el sitio, lo único que tienen por mejorar es cuando se entra a la propiedad de noche no había iluminación, entonces queda muy oscuro subir las escaleras, de resto cuando entras al apto y ves tu habitación wow, excelente.
