Communication with a late check in was very easy, we arrived after 11pm and everything went smoothly. Comfortable room.

Stayed here for one night and it was honestly a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was just as described. For the price, I really can’t complain. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t inside the room. It was private, but you have to go into the hallway to use it, which was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. Apart from that, everything was great. Even the included breakfast was nice. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Catania, I’d definitely recommend it

The personel wasn’t nice and regarding our request, which was “don’t clean our room or come inside during our stay” they were in. When I asked if I can pay tourist tax by card I heard that it won’t be a problem, but while checking out we heard “cash is required”. I believe there were no bad intentions in all of that. I assume all it was is language barrier. That happens…
